These pumps feature a simple design with the motor installed on supports cast on the top of the base. V-belt drive is the standard, the overall dimensions are very compact.
A unique advantage is their ability to vary flow and head over a broad range, meeting pumping requirements with precision by merely changing the drive ratio. They can be supplied in any case with flexible coaxial joint drive.
They can also be installed without NPSH but in this case they require a suction pipe with foot valve.
Frontal mechanical seals are usually used for abrasive and acid liquids.
