For any saw-mill that is already working or being designed, we design the most suitable LIME BATCHER in order to meet our customers' needs and decide its location as well, inside or outside the shed. Using any model it is possible for the operator, in a very autonomous way, to select the required mixture of water and lime by means of which the feeding to different sawing cycles is possible with great process advantages. All the models are steady and steel-made; they are also equipped with solenoid electrovalves and pneumatic valves. The power of the pumps for the mixture of water and lime varies from 2 HP for feeding two gang-saws up to 12.5 HP for twelve gang-saws and more.
